Our check-in processes are designed to be efficient. On average, checking-in a guest can take around 30 minutes, but our agents are scheduled to wait up to 1 hour and 30 minutes at the property from the time booked. Our system will ask our greeters to arrive 15 minutes earlier to the key collection point and, If there are any guest delays, they will wait at an extra charge.
