Each viewing is up to 45 minutes long from the time booked, including waiting time. We ask our viewing agents to arrive earlier in advance for the key collection.

To book, log in to your account, select "Property Viewing," fill in the necessary details, and confirm the viewing time.

For long-term lettings, we gather additional information such as council tax and estimated billing costs, ensuring that viewers have all essential details before the viewing.

Our viewings service includes key collection and drop off, not further than 15 minutes away from the property, access to a dashboard with real-time updates, actionable items and a basic property report, ensuring everything runs smoothly and you know the viewer questions after the task is completed.
